Fred and Samba do Graffiti

A great admirer of the art of Keith Haring and other big names of New York street art in the 1980s, Frédéric Ronflard from France rediscovered his passion for the colors of street art in 2010 when he arrived in Brazil, where he works as a headhunter.

Nowadays it is very hard for me to see some graffitis on the street and not recognize the author, the lines, the style

Since then, going out on the streets of São Paulo documenting graffiti with his camera has become a pastime. Frédéric made his hobby into a special project called Samba do Graffiti, in which he registers and organizes a digital archive of work done by Brazilian graffiti artists and uses Instagram as a platform for promotion.

Enjoy street art at home

If you are a collectionner or an amateur of street art, Samba do Graffiti offers you the opportunity to have some of the best brazilian street art works at home in beautifully framed photographs signed by the artists.

When I registers a work, I witness art that willl not always be there –  it is a way of having it, in a way, for myself and valuing the work of these artists.

Thanks to the work of Fred, who captures the grace of street art, by nature ephemeral, you will help and value each artist involved in this project (a contract has been signed with each artist and profits are shared).
